About QuickTap Reviews
Rooted in London, Ontario, we help local businesses turn everyday customer smiles into authentic Google reviews with simple, tap-and-go technology.
Why we started QuickTap Reviews
QuickTap Reviews was inspired by a simple reality: local businesses work tirelessly to give their patrons an exceptional experience, but many satisfied customers simply forget or never think to leave a Google review once they walk out the door. We set out to make asking for honest feedback effortless. Instead of relying on customers to search for your business name online later, QuickTap Reviews provides a seamless way to tap, scan, and share their feedback in seconds. Our mission is to empower independent businesses across our community with an accessible, affordable tool to build a rock-solid online reputation.
A simpler, smarter way to collect customer reviews
Traditional methods of requesting reviews often fall flat. Expecting busy shoppers to search for your location online or remember to submit feedback hours later rarely delivers results. With our NFC-enabled review cards, leaving a review becomes an immediate, intuitive part of the in-person experience. Customers simply tap their smartphone or scan the integrated QR code while standing at your counter. There is no special app to install, no confusing setup, and no friction—just a quick, affordable way for neighbourhood shops and service providers to gather authentic feedback in the moment.
